- From Exeter take the A38 to Plymouth OR
from Plymouth take the A38 to Exeter.
- Take the "Deep Lane" Plympton/Langage/Sparkwell
exit from the A38 (about 5 miles North of the main Marsh Mills city centre
exit).
- At the first roundabout go straight
across into Sandy Road (2nd exit off the roundabout).
- At the second roundabout go straight
across into Steer Park Road (2nd exit off the roundabout), keeping the
Chaddlewood Inn on your left.
- Take the first right into Walnut Drive.
- Take the first right into Roddick Way.
- Take the first right again into Branson
Court.
- We're at no. 9 on the far side of the
courtyard (there's no sign outside).
